Labuan (for my international readers) is a federal territory of Malaysia off the coast of Borneo in East Malaysia. It's located off the coast of the state of Sabah. Labuan's capital is Victoria and is best known as an offshore financial centre offering international financial and business services as well as being an offshore support hub for deepwater oil and gas activities in the region. and chocolate & alcohol paradise!
Labuan is accessible via air & sea.

By the Sea Which has two stations and one crazy ride:

So, what options that I would recommend to you? I would say option, B. You know why? Driving to Menumbok gives you the opportunity to experience panorama along the way. Stop by at little shops along the road. buy some snacks, coconut and stuff. Travel by Car Ferry from Menumbok Ferry Terminal (http://labuanisland.net/getting-to-labuan-ft/menumbok-labuanft-vehicle/), would be a good choice if you are not in a hurry. Like us, we depart from KK City at 2.00 am and arrive at Menumbok Ferry Terminal at 4.00 am, Sleep in the car, drink my tea while chatting with others drivers and travellers who already been there from 2.00 am! All fighting to be board on the first ferry, as they say, the sunrise is beautiful!
