I ate this when I travel to Bangkok previously. It was super delicious and its mango flavor that time. This cake is super easy to make. So I google many recipes and there is a lot of version and types of ingredients used. And this is how I make mine.

When I travel to Taiwan before, I eat this lovely puff with chocolate filling inside. It is so good plus warm choc inside especially in Taipei's autumn breezy weather made it a perfect combination! Then I saw a video somewhere on Tiktok that you can make it just by using leftover bread and not using pastry puff. So, I gotta try it.

Kuih Penjaram is so famous in East Malaysia. I work in Sabah for many years and they have the best Pinjaram. Not just fluffy but it is also sweet and not too oily. Super easy to make and great for hi-tea!

I can't remember but I did taste these amazing, crunchy potatoes balls at one of the night street markets somewhere. A long time ago and i was addicted since then. I re-create this recipe and add a few flavours to it. This recipe is quite easy but a bit time-consuming. Click on image to view more.
