About the Recipe
I travel to Vietnam before Covid-19 and I was amazed by the delicious Burnt Cheese Cake that was served at the local cafe there. So, I thought, I must re-create it. Click on image to view more
Ingredients
Quite suprisingly as I went through few websites, the ingredients is quite easy :
Cream Cheese 250g
Whipping Cream 200 ml (byk kat Tesco)
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon of Essence Vanilla
1 Tablespoon of Salt
2 Spoon
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Table spoon of Wheat Flour
Of course an oven or air-fryer.
Preparation
Without in partcular order,
You just add in all ingredients started with Cream Cheese, followed by flour and the rest of others ingredients
Blend all together until mix well & smooth.
Prepare a baking sheet in the baking pan
Make sure all batter (campuran) well-rest within the baking sheet.
Bake for 45-50 minutes at 200 degree. If air-fryer - bake for 20 minutes at 180 degree
After it baked, rest it a while before eat!
